At Never Waver, every item is made to order. Because our products are custom printed specifically for you, we are not able to accept regular returns or exchanges for the wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
That said, if something arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we will make it right.

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order. We know sizing charts are about as fun as folding fitted sheets, but they matter.
If the item you received matches the size ordered, we cannot replace or refund it due to fit preference.
If the wrong size was sent compared to what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item/label, and we will review it.
Orders are sent into production quickly. As a result, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@never-waver.com, and we will do what we can before production begins.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may be unable to issue a refund or replace the order.
If tracking shows your package was delivered, but you cannot find it, please check with your local carrier first. Then contact us at info@never-waver.com, and we will help where possible.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, and sending an item back does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or exchange. Print-on-demand returns often require specific instructions, because apparently even shirts need paperwork now.
