At Never Waver, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Because our products are custom print-on-demand items made specifically for you, please read our policy carefully.

What We Cover

We will offer a free reprint or full refund if your item arrives:

  • Damaged or defective
  • Misprinted or with a manufacturing error
  • Significantly different from what was shown

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue at info@never-waver.com, and we will make it right.

What We Don't Cover

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered (please refer to our size guides before purchasing)
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer's remorse

Sizing Issues

We strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect sizes as each item is produced on demand.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 14 days. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
  3. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps
